The sales game continues to be a process of identifying your customer profile, creating a measurable strategy that makes the organization accountable, not just sales, and having measurements and metrics in place that are meaningful and tell the real story.

Bill Sayers has spent the past 33 years in the “Sales” arena playing the sales game. He started his career as an inside sales rep and worked his way up the corporate ladder to the level of VP of Sales at an IBM company. During that time he worked for Revelstoke Lumber, King Products, Linotype, Ryder Transportation, GE Capital IT Solutions, Global Knowledge and IBM.

Having worked for some of the top organizations in the world, Bill has many experiences and lessons to draw from. For the past 12 years Bill has run his own sales performance consulting practice. He has released the second edition of his book – “Funnels and Forecasts – The Great Game of Sales”. He has been a professor at George Brown College teaching Personal Selling Skills to the Sports and Event Marketing Graduate Program. He is also on the faculty of the Canadian Management Centre and is an accomplished executive with Boardroom Metrics. In the past 5 years he has created The Sales Clinic Process™ and The Sales Clinic™. The Sales Clinic™ is a community where Sales people can train and improve on their game of Sales. Our goal is to create a community for sales people that supports that growth and stretches sales people to be even better sales people and better individuals.
