In my planning sessions this year the issue of “Communication” has come up with many of my clients. What is the message you need to be delivering to customers, your team, staff and your organization. You need to be clear on what your message needs to be and you must get out in front of your message and continue to clearly state that message to ensure there is no misunderstanding and that the message and its delivery is consistent.
